• ALL our items are sold in as described/as is condition.
  PLEASE remember all items will have a varied degree of wear from mint condition to well worn. Refer to the condition chart &/or email us for more info about the item you want.
• WE do our best to provide our items in the best possible condition. We professionally clean & repair all items before putting them up for sale.
  All flaws are mentioned, occasionally we will not mention tiny flaws that are hidden & do not affect the item or the wearing of.
• Please do not buy multiple (3 or more) items to try on with the intent of keeping one & returning the others. This ties up our stock for others & takes us allot of extra time. If multiple items are returned a 25% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
• We can not guarantee delivery dates or times. We usually ship 1 or 2 times a week unless it's the holidays or prom season, then we may slow down. We will try, but can not promise same day or next day delivery/shipping. We're a small 2 person business & go as fast as we can. : )

1. We accept USA & Canada Visa & Mastercards, USA Paypal accounts , US money orders, US cash sent by registered mail, & Western Union, or Money Gram. No persomal checks. California residents must pay sales tax. Overseas credit cards can pay through westernunion.com. -- See "International orders" at Bottom of Page
2. Orders are processed in the order they are received. We rarely are able to process the same day- . Please remember, we're a small 2 person business that's very popular we go as fast as we can : )
3. To pay with a credit card just use our very secure shopping cart system. Just click on the daisy "Add To Cart" buttons & follow the directions. Please read all our rules, terms & conditions as placing an order with us is a statement that you agree to them. Items are subject to availability. Sometimes more than one person will order an item within a few minutes before we can update the page. We work real hard to prevent this but on new items it happens. The page will not say sold or sale Pending right after you place the order.We update the page by hand. We'll only charge your card if the item is available to you. We do all orders by hand to ensure everything is accurate, protect from fraud, & to make sure the items are still available. We will then send you a confirmation email with your shipping charges & total. We only ship to the name & address on the card. No exceptions.
4. To pay by USA Paypal or Western Union: Just email us with the item(s) you want, your shipping address (we only ship to the confirmed USA address on the paypal account), paypal email, & any other important info. & we will send you a confirmation email ASAP that the items you want are still available, calculate the total & send you an invoice. After you receive the invoice you can go ahead & pay by Western Union or Paypal.
5. To pay by money order send us an email with the item(s) you want & your shipping info. We will send you a confirmation email ASAP that the items you want are still available, then we will put a "hold" sign on the item for up to 5 days to allow time for payment to arrive. Send checks & money orders to the address below made out to Brigitte Daguerre. You MUST reply to our confirmation email so we know to put the items on hold. If we don't hear back, the items will be available to others. Items will ship only after the check clears. If you pay with a money order, item(s) are shipped right away.
6. Layaway - We do have a 30 day layaway plan available for orders $200.00 & over. You can pay 1/2 of the order amount up front & the balance 30 days later. Send us an email with the item(s) you want & how you want to pay. Then we will send you a confirmation email that they are available & instructions on how to proceed. We will hold the item(s) for 30 days only. Layaway deposits & layaway items on completed or uncompleted layaways are non refundable & non returnable. If your balance is not here in 30 days your order is considered incomplete.
7. SHIPPING: We ship worldwide (see below). We ship USPS boxed Priority or Express with insurance & signature confirmation, usually we ship once or twice a week. Your order is shipped in the order is was received. We can try but, can not promise, same day or next day shipping. That depends on when you place your order.
8. Please remember, we're a small 2 person business and go as fast as we can. If you need an item in a hurry ask to ship it Express. We will NOT ship uninsured or untraceable. We only ship to the name & address on credit cards. We call to verify this. No exceptions! We can't guarantee a delivery date as we are not responsible for the postal services delivery.

1. International Orders: We ship worldwide & cost depends on the weight of the box, amount of insurance & the country it's going to.
2. Sorry, but due to rampant internet fraud we can only accept USA & Canadian credit & debit cards directly. Cards from other countries have to be used through Western Union which you can do over the phone or at westernunion.com.
3. Foreign orders are returnable for a store credit or exchange only.
4. We also accept well concealed US cash sent by registered mail.

We will then send you a confirmation email that they are still available, your shipping charges & payment instructions. We will hold your items for 7 days only for your payment to arrive by mail or 3 days for western union.
