1940'S Julius Horowitt Wool Overcoat

This is a gorgeous black wool vintage 1940's coat by naval & civilian tailor Julius Horowitt. It has padded shoulders, it's lined in black rayon with inside pockets, & has the original belt & all buttons. This has a slight military look but there are no markings that signify it is. Very well made & heavy.
